Lance and I have and been back at work a week now, following a week in Mexico. This vacation had it all -- career drama, new friends, endless tacos, wild cats and dogs, broken down golf carts, lazy beach days, and more and more. We started the week on Isla Mujeres -- Island of Women. I recommend this small island for anyone or enjoys stepping out of their comfort zone and really getting away from it all.
The food is is incredible and cheap. We ate tacos everywhere. And you can't help but have fun when you're getting around in a golf cart that you have to push start a la "Little Miss Sunshine."
We then had to head to Cancun so Lance could work. He had to deal with work BS the whole week, but I think he still managed to have a good time. From the amount of seaweed in his swim trunks, I'd say he did.
